I recently had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Dillon Watson at Metro Motors, and I can only assume the dealership has discovered some sort of previously unknown standard for automotive excellence.From the moment the process began, everything was handled with an almost suspicious level of professionalism. Questions were answered, concerns were addressed, and somehow the entire experience remained genuinely enjoyable. In an industry where buying a vehicle can occasionally feel like negotiating a peace treaty, this was remarkably painless.The level of attention, knowledge, and sheer commitment to making sure everything went smoothly was impressive enough that I briefly questioned whether I had accidentally wandered into a luxury concierge service instead of a car dealership.If professionalism were a competitive sport, this man would apparently be playing in the championship while everyone else was still figuring out the rules.Five stars is honestly an inadequate rating. Unfortunately, Google has yet to develop the necessary infrastructure for the rating this experience deserves.Outstanding service, excellent experience, and absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a vehicle.10/10. Would willingly endure another car-buying process just to experience this level of service again.

Dillon was great! Let me look at any car I chose. The guy helping him move cars out of the way to get to the next car to test drive Johnny was nice as well. Alex and Cody also very helpful and super nice.Definitely excited to come back and look at their new inventory!

I left feeling as though I had participated in a highly organized masterclass in customer service, negotiation, and general excellence.He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and remarkably helpful throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured, confused, or like I was being hunted for sport by a car salesman. In fact, I’m fairly certain he could sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo and have the customer thanking him for the opportunity.It is now abundantly clear why this man is the top sales representative at Metro Motors. His attention to detail, communication, and ability to make the entire experience enjoyable are genuinely impressive.I would give six stars if the website had the courage to allow it.If you’re looking for a vehicle, ask for him. If he’s not available, I recommend waiting. Your time is valuable. Hes worth dealing with directly.10/10. Five stars. Outstanding experience. The man is an institution.
